One World One Heart Event

Hey everybody, I read about this great event to get bloggers to meet one another on a blog titled A Whimsical Bohemian. This is a great way to get to meet others. I am very excited to be a part of this event.



As a part of this event, I will be giving away a small spirit doll. This doll is made from African fabrics and includes silk ribbons, beads and a clay face.
I am also including a small wallhanging that has quilter sayings on it, like "behind every quilter, there's good backing!"
This quilt will make all quilters smile!!!

    I taught 3rd and 4th grade. We made an awesome paper quilt of positive and negative designs. It was a job, but quite fun! You asked on my blog if my art card or the earrings were my designs. Yes, completely. The art card is made of small dried pieces of acrylic paints and mulberry paper. Then glued to balsa wood. The earrings are all paper. Have a terrific day!
